Return Policy 

                                                                   

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on items that are damaged or the wrong color/size/SKU than what the customer ordered. Items must be new, unused, and remain in the same condition as when it was received by the customer. Customers will be able to return merchandise purchased from this website for up to ten (10) days after the date of purchase. If it has been over ten (10) days from the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange for your merchandise. To complete your return, Customer must show a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your product(s), with order confirmation number, to:

Refund Process

​

Refunds are offered only if a Customer’s merchandise return is received and inspected and cannot be exchanged. A Beautiful Day will send Customer an email notification that we have received the returned merchandise and whether a refund has been approved or denied. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within fifteen (15) days.

Late or Missing Refunds

​

If Customer has not received a refund after fifteen (15) days, please check the credit card account or bank account again to see if it has posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted on financial statements. If it has been over thirty (30) days and you have completed the steps above and still have not received a refund yet, please contact us at info@abeautifulday.co

Sale Items

​

Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchange or refund. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

Exchanges

​

Merchandise is eligible for an exchange or replacement only if they are defective or damaged. If Customer needs to exchange an item of merchandise for the same item, send an email to info@abeautifulday.co describing the item, date of purchase and reason for exchange. Customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping time for exchanged products may vary, depending on geographic location of Customer.
